Foundational Text: Matt. 13:
44-46
Introduction: God is a God of
destiny, a God of plan and a God of purpose. It is God’s greatest desire that
every person will rediscover purpose and fulfill his/her destiny in creation.
The greatest tragedy to happen to any man is not untimely death, but not being
able to rediscover purpose and fulfill his destiny in life. Until purpose is
known destiny cannot be fulfilled. when purpose is not discovered destiny is
wasted. many destinies has been wasted at the expense of ignorance of God’s
purpose for mankind. May we not become victims of ignorance of God’s purpose;
ignorance is too expensive for you, refuse to be ignorant…it is the reason for
every destruction in a man’s life.
what
is the greatest search of mankind today? i believe that “POWER” is the greatest
need in the hearts of men – there is no greater pursuit of man than the pursuit
for POWER to control and influence our circumstances.
what is POWER? it is ability to control and influence one’s
circumstances and destiny; it is an ability to be in-charge over the affairs of
one’s life and destiny. It is ability to reign in life as king!!!
the
common pursuit of all humans is the pursuit of POWER, the desire to possess the
ability to control one’s circumstances and destiny. many of us would not want
to admit that we desire POWER, but the reality is that this is the basic desire
in every human heart – both male and female.
our
desire and passion for POWER to control and rule our circumstances and
environment is the motivation for our behavior – we strive to gain positions of
influence in order to accumulate financial wealth; we seek the power that money
promises us:- political and spiritual powers.
this
desire for power explains why many people get themselves involved in secret
societies and other evil practices such as witchcraft in order to acquire power
through evil means.
The Ultimate Search of Mankind:
the
human spirit is possessed by this desire to dominate, rule and control the
personal private world and the environment. man is in search of the ultimate
governing power of dominion rulership. the desire for power is inherent in the
human spirit – that means human being was created with governing power of
dominion rulership within his spirit. to understand this desire for power, it
is necessary to understand the original purpose and destiny of mankind and the
assignment for which he was created.
the
most powerful motivation in the heart of man is the pursuit of power – why is
the desire to control our environment
and circumstances so overpowering humanity? the answer is found in the very
nature and heart of the human spirit – man was created to exercise power and
designed to manage it. the purpose for the creation of human beings was to
dominate the earth and its resources, the result of God’s desires to extend His
Kingdom Dominion Rulership from Heaven to Earth.
the
secret of discovering your purpose and destiny is to discover, understand and
apply the kingdom of god in your life – the Kingdom rulership of God is the
answer to man’s greatest need for power. only the kingdom of God
can provide us the power we need in order to control our circumstances and
destiny in life.
God’s
Kingdom Dominion rulership is the best thing to happen to any man or woman – it
is God’s rule, authority, and power in and through your life. everything will
answer to you if God’s kingdom is established in your heart. God wants to give
you the kingdom, not just things – Luke 12: 32, Matt. 6: 33.
We
tend to seek after many things and we don’t realise that the things answer to
the Kingdom or Power of God in our lives – getting the Kingdom is the secret of
getting other things, because everything will answer to the Kingdom of God in
you.
The Power Working In Us: Eph. 3:

The
Bible talks about a POWER WORKING IN US it is actually the kingdom of God; for
it is written:”…the kingdom of God is within you.” luke 17: 21. Jesus
associated the Kingdom of God with driving out demons in Luke 11: 20-22 – what
is this unless the kingdom of God is a manifestation of God’s Power itself?
the
solution to every pursuit of man is the Kingdom Dominion Rulership of God in
our spirit – you inherit nothing without the kingdom. every thing we need is
already granted…but it is within the Kingdom of God; therefore what you need is
not those things…what you need to recognise the Kingdom of God within you.
what
God has put in you and has made you is what really matters…Rev. 1: 5-6
Conclusion:
the
Kingdom of God manifested and operational in your life bring you into a place of kingdom dominion
rulership over earth, a place of power and authority over circumstances, a
place of supernatural living, a place of possessing your possessions, a place
of victory and amazing success.
the
moment the kingdom dominion rulership is established in your life, you cease to
be a subject of satan and his demon agents – the only solution to satan’s
control is God’s kingdom dominion rulership.
